Data record function |
? EROK EK/EKQ series actuator is also provided with special data recording device. The data to be recorded includes: content and execution result of action each time, the corresponding max. torque, value of valve position each time when the valve is opened or closed as well the corresponding operating time. Meanwhile records are specially provided, each position in the stroke of valve opening and closing each time corresponds to the moment value and average value of previous moment, these data is very value for analyzing and learning the working condition of the actuator. It is the black box for operation of the actuator and provides reliable analytic basis for the operation of the actuator.

EROK EK/EKQ series actuator provides variable frequency control module for customer option, this is EROK's original vector frequency conversion servo system, the user can select control curve of different speed to realize flexible control and minimize mechanical shock. The frequency control actuator can realize automatic moment raising and accurate brake control, and is very suitable for the case with high precision requirement and highly frequent actions(suitable for the case of over 3600 times/hr). |

| ? The casing of EROK EK/EKQ series actuator is made of premium aluminum alloy as the fabrication material using advanced die casting technique and through precision processing. Acceptable casings all have waterproof function, special technical treatment is made on its surface and then its surface is spray coated with silver gray alkyd resin synthesized of intensified ethyl urethane. Making the actuator able to run reliably in various kinds of environments such as shady and damp place, environment with extreme difference between cold and hot weather, extremely harsh environment, corrosive atmosphere as well as environments from desert to plateau and from coastal area to underground etc. |
| Non-intrusion type lifetime seal |

It adopts world leading sealing technology to make the internal devices fully free of the effect of external environment, the terminal box adopts dual seal technology, even if the end cover is opened, its internal electric elements are not affected, design of external infrared setting and magnetic induction Hall knob or switch means no need to open the box body lifelong after the wiring of the actuator is finished.
