When ESD is enabled, the user can set bypass motor overheat protection. |

EROK EK/EKQ series actuator has intelligent error detection and alarm function, when the actuator is switched on, it will automatically check the operating circuit so as to ensure proper operation, it can check the operating circuit at any moment in the running process, when fault takes place, the electric operation of the actuator is disabled, meanwhile a local or remote alarm signal is given. Different alarm signal is displayed for different fault cause so that the user can eliminate the fault quickly and restore the actuator to normal operating condition as soon as possible.

EROK EK/EKQ series actuator utilizes IrDATM to realize fast, safe and non-intrusion type communication and standardized data exchange. The setting and configuration of the actuator can be analyzed and changed. Each actuator includes a built-in data recorder. We can make explanation about the analysis operational data such as moment distribution of the valve, events and statistics of the actuator etc. and give suggestions. Data record information can be sent to EROK customer lifetime maintenance department or user's site headquarters through the wireless telephone compatible with IrDATM. And is sent back to the actuator after analysis and modification of actuator setting and configuration.

EK-Inspect is PC-based application software for EROK actuator and runs on Windows 2000 system, the powerful and friendly graphic interface enables the user to observe and set various kinds of parameters of the actuator conveniently. Making data analysis of EK actuator simple and quick. On the PC where EK-Inspect application software has been installed, the user can select two link modes, one is IrDATM serial interface, and the other is fieldbus interface. In the case of fieldbus interface mode, fieldbus protocol needs to be specified.
